This agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Image Shed, in relation to the products and services offered by us through this site. You agree to the terms of this agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use Image Shed products and services.

Descriptions of goods and services included in the Image Shed site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them. However, you should know that the colours and appearance of images may vary very slightly from the way they appear on the screen.

The images and designs used on the Image Shed web site are the property of Image Shed or their respective copyright owners and are used by Image Shed with express authorisation. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner. In the event that there is any dispute between us in relation to this issue, you agree that until the matter is resolved, an interim injunction will be ordered, which will prevent any further use or distribution of the image until a final court hearing.

Image Shed is a company registered in England, and every sale shall be deemed to be performed in England.

This agreement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Member account password and security
We ask that you agree to register for Image Shed sales using your correct name, address and any other requested details. You may be asked to enter credit, debit or charge card details. You must ensure that (a) you are fully entitled to use that card at the time when you provide those details to Image Shed, and when you use the card, and b) the card has available funds to cover all charges incurred on it in the course of buying from us. If any of the information you enter becomes incorrect or is superseded, then please notify us with the corrected information immediately.

In any event, to register for Image Shed services, you must legally be able to enter into contracts for goods and services that you may buy here. Generally, this means that you must be at least 18 years old.

Image Shed reserves the right to suspend or terminate any members account which, is, or appears to us in our absolute discretion, to be, in breach of any of the provisions of this agreement.

You also agree to notify Image Shed immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Fees, payment and your right to cancel and refund
All prices are displayed in English Pounds, however, we can also accept payment in the following currencies; US Dollars ($) and Euros (€). We ship worldwide. Image Shed promise to provide the goods you have ordered, plus postage and packing, subject to availability, credit status and acts of god.

Your credit card will be debited at the time of ordering.

You can be assured that all work undertaken by us is always under strict quality control checks. This enables us to give our 'No Quibble' 14 day guarantee on all artwork ordered from the date you receive your goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, you may return it and a full refund will be issued.

Any and all refunds are at the discretion of Image Shed.

Credit Card Payment - If you have elected to pay by credit card, and Image Shed does not receive payment from the credit card issuer, you then agree to pay all amounts due, immediately upon demand by Image Shed. Image Shed reserves the right to come to other payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis. (Agreements with the credit card issuer governs use of your credit card, and you must refer to that agreement to ascertain your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.)

Conversion rates are worked out once a day against POUNDS STERLING. This may change the sales price due to currency fluctuations. The final purchase amount is the amount reflected on your credit card statement.

Payment shall be deemed to have been made as soon as the fee is available in Image Sheds bank account.

3. Delivery
If you want your purchase to be delivered outside the European Union, you will automatically be responsible for paying all applicable duties.

5. Complaints
Image Shed wants you to be completely happy with our service and are eager to resolve problems. We endeavour to respond to complaints within 3 working days.

6. Indemnification
Except where specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Image Shed nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, Image Shed does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Image Shed, its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.

While all reasonable endeavours have been made to check the accuracy of information on this web site, and to the best of our knowledge and belief, this publication is free from all computer viruses or program defects, the copyright holder does not warrant that it is correct or up-to-date or virus free.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage, or for ay loss of data, profit, revenue, business or management time, however caused. You agree that the liability of Image Shed under this agreement (whether arising in negligence or otherwise), will not under any circumstances exceed the greater of a) £500 or b) an amount equal to the sums paid or payable by you.

Image Shed shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

In the event that any term of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. In the event of any litigation arising from ordering goods or accessing data on this web site, the user agrees that at any such litigation will only be subject to English law and would only be tried in English Courts.

7. Modification of terms; termination, cancellation and suspension
Image Shed reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement, any changes will take effect from the day of publishing on this web site Price and availability information are also subject to change without notice.
